Scheduling Appointments

Making sure to visit the orthodontist around every 4-8 weeks, is an important part of your child’s treatment. We make effort to accommodate patients either before or after school hours, however, there are long appointments that cannot be done during those peak times. Peak times are when we do shorter and faster appointments. We aim to minimize the appointments that end up during the school day.

When scheduling appointments, make sure to let us know what date and time work best for each of you. We also understand that every patient’s schedule is different, and certain things come up. If you’re running late or need to reschedule an appointment. If you anticipate that your appointment time is problematic for you, please call us 48 hours in advance so that we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities and so that you do not incur charges for cancelling on short notice or a missed appointment.
