Meet the Doctor

Dr. Kivity-Chandler embodies her mantra: Live Well, Bite Right, Smile Always. She graduated from the University of Toronto Dental School in 1986 and went on to graduate with a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s of Science at the University of Detroit Mercy in 1992. From there, she opened her practice in Toronto and joined a part-time satellite in Thornhill. Dr. Kivity-Chandler seeks to deliver exemplary results, great customer service and a friendly environment. She maintains very close relationships with her clients and the various doctors with whom she works, ensuring everyone is treated with individualized attention. Dr. Kivity-Chandler is very active and oriented towards holistic healthcare. When she evaluates patients, they are looked at from all angles of their health, to ensure that a proper and effective course of treatment is put forward.

Dr. Kivity-Chandler and her husband, Mark, are raising two daughters, Alexandra and Joelle, who are now young adults and heading into careers in healthcare. In her free time, Dr. Kivity-Chandler enjoys water-skiing, tennis, reading, attending Continuing Education courses in various fields and volunteering. She is also active in Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
